Administer true justice, show mercy
and compassion to one another

(Zech. 7:9)

Welcome to our website!

We appreciate you taking the time to learn more about who we are and what our motivation is in taking up the cause of Compassionate Justice on behalf of the oppressed poor, especially in the nation of Zimbabwe.

It is our hope that as you peruse our website, it will be both an informative and inspirational experience. We believe strongly that the plight of the downtrodden is a cause worth fighting for. In fact for those that do, they have a powerful partner who has a great deal of energy on this issue. God himself is committed to the establishment of compassionate justice on behalf of those powerless to defend themselves.

Please take the time to watch the video in the sidebar. It will familiarize you with the people of The Community of Reconciliation who gave their lives for their brothers & sisters in Zimbabwe.

For those of you interesting in getting more involved, check out  "The Band of Brothers" as a way of joining the fight for compassionate justice on behalf of those powerless to defend themselves.

Justice

Washing one's hands of the conflict between the powerful and the powerless means to side with the powerful, not to be neutral.

Paulo Freire

Thou shalt not be a victim.
Thou shalt not be a perpetrator
Above all, thou shalt not be a bystander.

Mercy

Our prayer and God's mercy are like two buckets in a well; while the one ascends the other descends...

Mark Hopkins

The essence of justice is mercy...

Compassion

We frail humans are at one time capable of the greatest good and, at the same time, capable of the greatest evil. Change will only come about when each of us takes up the daily struggle ourselves to be more forgiving, compassionate, loving, and above all joyful in the knowledge that, by some miracle of grace, we can change as those around us can change too.
