Our Leadership Team is:

Bob Scott

Bob is currently the Director of "Compassionate Justice International." His journey has led him on paths that have moved seamlessly between the "sacred" church world and the "secular" business world. These experiences  have given him a unique perspective on how God uses people in both arenas. His life’s journey has been one filled with many life changing experiences as he’s traveled the world on various missions for the Kingdom of God. He recently completed his first book "Saving Zimbabwe; Life Death and Hope in Africa in which recounts his experiences in Zimbabwe and his friendship with the people of The Community of Reconciliation.

Our Board of Directors are:

Jerry Reardon

Jerry's is the President of Compassionate Justice. His relationship with Bob goes back over 25 years not only as friend and confidant but strategic partner in the cause for justice on behalf of the oppressed poor. Jerry is currently focused on CJI's "Compassionate Hands" project sending much needed medical supplies to Zimbabwe. Jerry and his wife Joanne  live in Kansas City and have 5 children and 3 Grandchildren. He has been a well respected insurance executive in the Kansas City area for many years.

Johannes Baratta

Johannes serves on the board of  “Compassionate Justice.” As do all members of the CJI team, he  and his wife Catherina share a passion for justice and care deeply about the  the plight of the poor. He and his family currently reside in Frankfurt, Germany where he is the head of Private Wealth Management for Deutsche Bank. He spent 10 years living and working in London in the 1990’s and is also a well respected member of both the business and church communities in Europe.

Bob Tamasi

Bob is the Treasurer for “Compassionate Justice International.” A Rockhurst College graduate and avid golfer, Bob was for many years the CFO of the Kansas City Chiefs football team. He has been a governance and financial counselor to many not-for-proft organizations over the years. Currently he is the President of his own CPA firm, DBS Financial in Overland Park, KS. Bob is well respected in the Kansas City community and a man of great integrity. He and his wife Sally have four children and 4 grandchild.
