Each potential organizational partner that is requesting either input or assistance must first develop a “bridge of friendship” with the leadership of Band of Brothers.  We are insistent that our partners are “banded” to us by relationship before purpose. Once we are joined at the heart first, we can then proceed with confidence that what we are doing together is both sincere and genuine and will last.

Once a relationship is established we request that each Partner submit a project specific report called a “Mission Briefing.” This briefing will be used to match “Missions” with “Company’s.” Each Mission Briefing that is submitted must be project specific.  We are looking for projects that have a start date, a stated cost/budget and a completion date.

For consideration, the Mission Briefing must be submitted in the following format

Country Background

General History:

• What is the history of the country politically and economically?
• What historic role has the church played in the current prevailing attitudes in the country?

Current Political Situation:

• Who is currently running the country?
• What type of government is currently in place?
• What is the current role of the military?
• How stable is the overall current situation?
• Are there any potential dangers?

Current Economic Situation:

• How stable is the countries economy?
• What is the exchange rate?
• Can we get “more bang for our buck?” with creative financing?

Current Ecological Situation:

• What has been general climate of the country?
• Is land good for agriculture?

Mission’s Village or Local Area Background

Location:

• Where is the Mission project located within the country?
• What major cities or landmarks are located by it?

General History:

• What is the history of that region or village in context to the rest of the country?

Current Political Situation:

• What do those that live in the area feel about the current government?

Current Economic Situation:

• What types of existing commerce are there in the area?
• Is there any industry, agriculture or is it non existent?
• What about local markets?

Current Ecological Situation:

• What is the current status of the land?
• Does it need to be reclaimed?
• What is the quality and quantity of water?

Mission/Project

Name:

• What is the name of the project     

General Overview:

• What is the history surrounding this project?
• What is the need that you are trying to meet?
• Who are the people you are trying to help?
• What is your long term goal for this project?

Implementation Strategy:

• What is your plan (blueprint) to see this project is completed and  operational?
• What is your time frame for launch and completion?

Budget:

• What are the costs associated with this project?
• Can it be completed in phases?
